Himachal appointments: Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jairam Thakur will drop his candidacy papers on Wednesday in Seraj Assembly constituency in Mandi district for the State Assembly elections scheduled for November 12.

The notification of the national elections was published on October 17 and the deadline for submitting nominations is October 25. The documents will be reviewed on October 27.
