Shortly after Modi kicked off the BJP poll campaign in Delhi with a rally, party spokesman Abhishek Singhvi said in a series of tweets: “Powerful speaker bt PM hs did nothing but promises, many of which will bear fruit in 2022 (house) (sic) “.
Referring to Jan Dhan, who was highlighted by Modi in his speech, Singhvi said most of the accounts were empty.
“Jan dhan started with leave and 75% of accounts opened by NDA are empty,” he tweeted.
He said that even enemies of Congress cannot deny that maximum development took place under the party’s 15-year rule and cited the construction of subways, air bridges and other infrastructure.

He named AAP “anarchist” leader Arvind Kejriwal for attack and called on voters to punish him for “wasting” a year.
