State Representative Humphrey: Biden’s failure to protect border threatens Oklahoma | Policy
Oklahoma City – State Rep. Justin Humphrey, R-Lane, this week sent a letter to Oklahoma Attorney General John O’Connor regarding what he called President Joe Biden’s complete failure to protect and defend our country’s border, which in turn puts all Oklahomans at risk.
Rep. Humphrey is chairman of the House Criminal Justice & Corrections Committee.
Below is the text of the letter, which was sent to The Oklahoma City Sentinel and other news outlets.”
Attorney General John O’Connor:
I work with a prominent and well-established attorney, Stan Ward, to ensure that Oklahomans receive the rights and protections guaranteed by the United States Constitution. Oklahoman has a factual and urgent peril due to President Biden’s utter failure to protect and defend our nation’s borders. Biden’s failure forces all Oklahoma citizens to pay government grants to support the underground.
Our agencies are flooded with illegals. Citizens must compete for jobs at illegal wages. We are exposed to sickness and disease. Additionally, we have a dramatic increase in illegal drugs and human trafficking. I direct your office to file the following illustrated lawsuit on behalf of the citizens of Oklahoma against President Biden for failing in his constitutional duty to protect and defend our borders, namely:
The plaintiff (Oklahoma) is one of the fifty states comprising the United States of America which were added to the union in 1907.
The defendant United States of America is a union of fifty states governed by the Constitution of the United States of America and other laws duly enacted by Congress.
Accused, Joe Biden is the current President of the United States of America who was elected…for a four-year term and who is vested with executive powers and whose responsibility it is to ensure that the laws are faithfully executed.
Jurisdiction and place
This Court has both material and personal jurisdiction over the parties to this action.
The venue is properly located in the Western District of Oklahoma.
Congress has enacted laws that control and regulate the immigration of aliens to the United States of America.
When he was sworn in, Joe Biden took an oath and swore to uphold the Constitution and uphold the laws of the United States of America.
Once in office, Joe Biden failed and refused to uphold the Constitution and more particularly Article IV, Section 4. Which states: “The United States guarantees to each State of this Union a republican form of government and protects each of them against invasion. ; and at the request of the legislature, or the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.”
Instead of upholding the Constitution, Defendant Joe Biden willfully, gratuitously, and intentionally encouraged and allowed foreigners to enter our country, ignored our borders, and disobeyed immigration laws that provide a specific process for entering this country. by foreigners seeking to immigrate to the country. United States of America without complying with the laws of that country
The invasion by illegal aliens is notorious and obvious and despite its notoriety and the burdens it has placed on law enforcement, our schools, our health care and our welfare system, the accused Biden and the Defendant United States of America, acting by and through the individuals named by Defendant Biden, continue to violate and ignore both Article IV, Section 4 and our immigration laws which prohibit the invasion of illegal aliens many of whom have criminal backgrounds, have tested positive for COVID-19 and who are disbursed across the United States of America and without vaccinations for COVID-19.
The State of Oklahoma has no adequate remedy at law and suffers irreparable prejudice and damages as a result of the defendants’ failure and refusal to comply with Article IV, Section 4 of the United States Constitution. United States.
Plaintiff (State of Oklahoma) has a strong chance of success in this action because the Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the land and has been and is flagrantly violated by defendants who have not only allowed the invasion of illegal aliens, but they encouraged, empowered, promoted and welcomed the influx of these illegal aliens.
The public has a strong expectation and interest in being protected from invasion as set forth in Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution. The laws of the United States of America are clearly defined regarding legal immigration to this country whereby immigrants are required to follow an orderly process to legally enter the country and for those who wish to become citizens have a defined path that Congress has established by enacting legislation.
Therefore, the plaintiff prays on behalf of the citizens of the State of Oklahoma that:
The Honorable Court issues an immediate and permanent injunction restraining the defendants and each of them from any further violation of Article IV, Section 4 of the United States Constitution and prohibiting the entry of illegal aliens into this State in further violation of existing immigration laws.
For costs incurred by the State of Oklahoma. For any other additional relief that is just, equitable and appropriate.
Note: Justin Humphrey represents District 19 in the Oklahoma House of Representatives, which includes parts of Atoka, Bryan, Choctaw, and Pushmataha counties.
